The role supports collaboration with internal teams and external vendors to ensure efficient freight movement, tracking shipments, and maintaining documentation. Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's degree and 2+ years in logistics, with strong Excel and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, Transportation, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in logistics or transportation.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills; ability to create worksheets.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors ensure efficient movement of freight
• Coordinate transportation quotes, dispatching, and shipment routing activities
• Manage and track transportation movements and delivery schedules
• Prepare and maintain transportation and shipping documentation
• Monitor carrier and vendor performance
• Maintain shipment tracking and transportation reporting tools
• Review shipments for regulatory compliance
• Analyze transportation costs and assist with invoice review and reconciliation
• Support intermodal transportation operations and audit activities
