Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule intermodal shipments, including pickups and rail departures.
• Serve as primary daily contact for drayage carriers and rail providers.
• Monitor shipments and resolve delays to maintain reliability.
• Troubleshoot service disruptions such as missed cutoffs and equipment shortages.
• Collaborate with operations, sales, and pricing teams to improve outcomes.
• Analyze trends to support continuous improvement in intermodal workflows.
