• Manage order entry, routing, dispatching, and logistics coordination to ensure timely pickups and deliveries.
• Monitor shipments, communicate load status updates to customers, receivers, drivers, and account managers, and resolve delivery issues.
• Schedule and reschedule delivery appointments, provide routing instructions to drivers, and verify load information for accurate processing.
• Investigate shipment discrepancies, including overages, shortages, and damages, while maintaining accurate documentation and records.
