Job summary

Ektello is seeking a dedicated Inventory Clerk/Shipping Coordinator in Bellevue, WA. This fully onsite role supports sample inventory, shipping, and document control. You will help track and distribute samples and ensure accuracy of records.

Requires a high school diploma and 0-2 years of related experience; basic MS Word/Excel skills are expected. The role involves driving to pick up boxes and coordinating shipments with internal and external teams.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/REQUIRMENTS: Job Responsibilities:

• Inventory Management for samples (internal and external)
  • Tracking and distribution of samples within SEA and external
  • Responsible for scrapping/recycling old inventory
• Responsible for shipping samples to internal and external teams
• Transportation and distribution of samples to client
• Should be able to drive and pick up boxes
• Examine documents, materials and products, in order to assess completeness, accuracy and conformation to standards and specifications.

Skills:

• Verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, problem solving and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to accurately document and record customer/client information.
• Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations related to shipping and production.
• Previous experience with computer applications, such as Microsoft Word and Excel.

Education/Experience:

• High school diploma or GED required.
