Job summary

Staffmark Group is seeking a Logistics Specialist for a contract role in Bellevue, WA. The position focuses on inventory management, sample logistics, and coordination with internal and external teams. It is fully on-site with standard business hours.

Ideal candidates have 0-2 years of logistics experience, a Bachelor's degree in a related field, and strong Excel skills. Prior delivery of accurate documentation and compliance with shipping regulations is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, logistics, or related field.
• 0-2 years related experience.
• Verbal and written communication, attention to detail, problem solving and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to document and record customer information.
• Knowledge of laws and regulations related to shipping and production.
• Experience with Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Inventory Management for samples (internal and external).
• Tracking and distribution of samples within company and external.
• Scrapping/recycling old inventory.
• Shipping samples to internal and external teams.
• Transportation and distribution of samples to T-Mobile HQ.
• Drive and pick up boxes as needed.
• Examine documents and materials for completeness and accuracy.
• Additional duties to be assigned as needed.
