Bear Staffing Services, Inc. is seeking a Logistics Specialist to support vehicle distribution operations across the U.S. and Canada from York, PA. You will manage 3PL relationships, monitor performance, and drive process improvements in logistics systems.

The role requires experience in transportation/logistics, freight carrier management, data analysis, and continuous improvement, with strong Excel and SAP knowledge preferred. This position is full-time and on-site in York, PA.

Qualificações

Responsabilidades

• Ensure inbound processing, final processing, storage, transportation, and delivery of vehicles to dealers.
• Manage relationships with 3PL partners and serve as escalation point for partners and field sales.
• Lead continuous improvement efforts to strengthen logistics processes, systems, and partnerships.
• Track, maintain, and report KPIs.
• Identify and implement distribution network improvements to support sales requirements.
• Collaborate with Order Management and Allocation to ensure service levels and resolve issues.
• Troubleshoot issues impacting timely shipment of vehicles to dealers.
• Query and analyze data within SAP and 3PL systems to identify and resolve shipping issues.
• Collaborate with logistics teams in other markets to share best practices.

Location: York, PA 17402

Position Overview

We are seeking a Logistics Specialist to support vehicle distribution operations throughout the U.S. and Canada. This position is responsible for executing operational strategies related to vehicle logistics, managing third-party logistics (3PL) supplier relationships, monitoring performance, and identifying opportunities to improve logistics processes and systems.

The ideal candidate will have experience with transportation/logistics operations, freight carrier management, data analysis, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure the successful inbound processing, final processing, storage, transportation, and delivery of vehicles to dealers.
• Manage relationships with third-party logistics (3PL) partners and serve as a primary escalation point for logistics partners and the field sales organization.
• Lead continuous improvement efforts to strengthen logistics processes, systems, and partnerships.
• Track, maintain, and report Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Identify and implement distribution network improvements to support current and future sales requirements.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including Order Management and Allocation, to ensure service levels are met and issues are resolved promptly.
• Troubleshoot issues impacting the timely shipment of vehicles to dealers.
• Query and analyze data within SAP and third-party logistics systems to identify and resolve shipping issues.
• Collaborate with logistics teams in other markets to identify and implement best practices.
