Senior Recruitment Consultant at ALS Recruiting Ltd

Must be willing to work as a 1099 agent.

As a Freight Broker, you will be responsible for managing freight movements, collaborating with trucking companies, supporting carrier teams, tracking shipments, providing customer updates, and resolving any issues that arise.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and grow new and existing business opportunities using the full range of services offered.
• Negotiate pricing effectively to build sustainable and profitable relationships with customers and carriers.
• Ensure the most efficient and safe transportation solutions for customers.
• Increase revenue and enhance profitability by identifying and executing opportunities for improvement.
• Proactively identify potential service disruptions and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate with Customer Service regarding Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA) and availability.

• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Compensation

• This position offers an aggressive commission structure which is uncapped and designed to reward autonomous, competent brokers
