Responsibilities

• Review shipments in ERP, batch orders, and print daily picklists.
• Create and verify international shipping documents for compliance.
• Respond to HTS code inquiries and classify goods accurately.
• Batch customer orders and ensure timely processing and shipment.
• Serve as primary contact for customer service and warehouse on shipment inquiries and updates.
• Schedule carriers and coordinate logistics for shipping and delivery.
• Provide proof of delivery to Customer Service and Accounting teams.
• Maintain accurate shipping-document records.
• Follow up on shipment errors and damages and coordinate resolutions.
• Batch and file daily picklists and shipping documents.
• Perform other duties and special projects as requested by management.

• Create and verify international shipping documents for regulatory compliance and customs clearance
• Respond to HTS code inquiries and classify goods accurately

Requirements
