Job summary

Planet Pharma is seeking a Logistics Specialist in King of Prussia, PA to coordinate inbound and outbound operations, inventory management, and warehousing with a focus on quality and compliance. You will use SAP to manage logistics workflows, align processes with production schedules, and collaborate with procurement, planning, and quality teams to meet regulatory standards and budget goals.

This role calls for strong communication and problem-solving skills and experience in pharma/biotech

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field preferred.
6+ years of logistics experience.
4-6 years of warehouse and distribution operations experience.
4-6 years of SAP experience (required).
Experience in regulated industries (pharma/biotech) is a plus.

Responsibilities

Manage daily logistics operations to support production and distribution schedules.
Oversee inventory control and ensure accuracy across warehouse systems.
Coordinate transportation of raw materials, components, and finished goods (minimal focus).
Ensure compliance with regulatory and safety standards.
Collaborate cross-functionally with procurement, planning, and quality teams.
Utilize SAP to manage logistics workflows, inventory, and reporting.
