Job summary

The RealReal is seeking a Logistics Specialist in Dallas to support the Logistics and Sales teams by ensuring consigned goods meet TRR conditions standards. You will label consignor information, document shipments, and conduct quality inspections while maintaining inventory and safety practices.

Ideal candidates will have a keen eye for detail, a valid driving record, and the ability to lift up to 25 lbs. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred, with proficiency in MS Office and G-Suite.

Responsibilities

• Ensure incoming consigned goods are labeled with accurate consignor information.
• Document all packages being shipped out via tracking number.
• Pack shipments securely, following established specifications.
• Conduct quality inspections on packaging and documentation.
• Process all parcel shipments with the designated carrier.
• Maintain shipping supplies and organize inventory.
• General warehousing practices; safety and organization, housekeeping and trash removal, etc.
• Other duties as assigned.

What You Get To Do Everyday

• Ensure incoming consigned goods are labeled with accurate consignor information
• Document all packages being shipped out via tracking number
• Pack shipments securely, following established specifications
• Conduct quality inspections on packaging and documentation
• Process all parcel shipments with the designated carrier
• Maintain shipping supplies and organize inventory
• General warehousing practices; safety and organization, housekeeping and trash removal, etc.

The expected hourly rate for this role is $21.5-$21.5. To determine starting pay we carefully consider a variety of factors, including primary work location and an evaluation of a candidate’s skills, experience, market demands, and internal parity. Additionally, salary is just one component of TRR’s total rewards package. Depending on role, employees may also be eligible for a bonus program, incentive pay and benefits.
