Job Description

This is a remote position.

Plan and coordinate weekly international and domestic shipments for BabbleRoo.

Manage communication with freight forwarders and Amazon logistics partners.

Monitor shipment tracking, resolve delays, and follow up on receiving issues or shipment claims (especially with Amazon FBA).

Coordinate inbound shipment documentation (commercial invoice, packing list, CO, etc.) and ensure compliance with destination requirements.

Proactively communicate and resolve discrepancies with shipments, warehouse receiving errors, and shipping damages.

Assist in freight rate negotiation and manage cost tracking to ensure competitive and optimised shipping costs.

Maintain an organized record of shipping documents and provide logistics data for inventory and planning purposes.

Support the Operations Specialist on logistics-related inquiries and administrative tasks as needed.

Check all bills from forwarders against the agreed-upon rates and service agreements and apply for monthly payment.

Requirements

2+ years experience in logistics, supply chain coordination, or shipping administration.

Experience working with Amazon FBA shipments preferred.

Familiarity with international shipping terms (Incoterms), documentation, and freight processes.

Strong coordination and communication skills with external vendors and internal teams.

Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and logistics platforms or dashboards.

Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple shipments in parallel.
