Job description

Teamwork makes the stream work.
Roku is changing how the world watches TV

Roku is the #1 TV streaming platform in the U.S., Canada, and Mexico, and we've set our sights on powering every television in the world. Roku pioneered streaming to the TV. Our mission is to be the TV streaming platform that connects the entire TV ecosystem. We connect consumers to the content they love, enable content publishers to build and monetize large audiences, and provide advertisers unique capabilities to engage consumers.

From your first day at Roku, you'll make a valuable - and valued - contribution. We're a fast-growing public company where no one is a bystander. We offer you the opportunity to delight millions of TV streamers around the world while gaining meaningful experience across a variety of disciplines.

About the role

The Logistics Specialist at Roku will be responsible for managing both forward and reverse logistics operations for our TV and streaming player products. This role is essential for ensuring efficient supply chain operations, product distribution, returns processing, and repair workflows. This role will focus on optimizing transportation, managing third-party logistics (3PL) providers, and ensuring compliance with international trade regulations.

What you'll be doing

  • Coordinate and manage inbound and outbound shipments for TVs and streaming players across global suppliers, distribution centers, and retail partners.

  • Monitor and optimize freight costs through effective carrier management and rate negotiation.

  • Collaborate with 3PL partners to ensure on-time delivery, accurate tracking, and proper documentation for all shipments.

  • Oversee customs clearance and compliance with USMCA and other international trade regulations.

  • Manage inventory flow through the supply chain, ensuring adequate stock levels and minimizing lead times.

  • Resolve shipping discrepancies, damages, and claims with carriers and suppliers.

  • Work closely with internal teams, including Supply Chain Planning, Procurement, and Sales Operations, to align logistics strategies with business objectives.

  • Analyze logistics data and generate performance reports to identify areas for process improvement.

  • Support the implementation of Oracle Cloud ERP for logistics and supply chain planning.

  • Manage product returns, testing, and repair processes for defective or damaged electronics.

  • Screen returned products for quality assessment, refurbishment, or disposal.

  • Collaborate with technical teams to troubleshoot and resolve product issues.

  • Improve reverse logistics workflows to reduce turnaround time and cost.

  • Track return and repair trends to enhance product quality and minimize defects.

We're excited if you have

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • 3+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or transportation management (experience with consumer electronics is a plus).

  • Strong understanding of international shipping, customs, and trade compliance (USMCA experience preferred).

  • Proficiency in ERP systems (experience with Oracle Cloud ERP is a plus).

  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and data analysis.

  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

The Roku Culture

Roku is a great place for people who want to work in a fast-paced environment where everyone is focused on the company's success rather than their own. We try to surround ourselves with people who are great at their jobs, who are easy to work with, and who keep their egos in check. We appreciate a sense of humor. We believe a fewer number of very talented folks can do more for less cost than a larger number of less talented teams. We're independent thinkers with big ideas who act boldly, move fast and accomplish extraordinary things through collaboration and trust. In short, at Roku you'll be part of a company that's changing how the world watches TV.

We have a unique culture that we are proud of. We think of ourselves primarily as problem-solvers, which itself is a two-part idea. We come up with the solution, but the solution isn't real until it is built and delivered to the customer. That penchant for action gives us a pragmatic approach to innovation, one that has served us well since 2002.
