Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Analyze logistics needs for the U.S. e-commerce business by combining market insights and customer feedback.
• Identify operational pain points and optimize logistics processes and models to improve efficiency.
• Analyze U.S. regional logistics markets and provide cost optimization insights through benchmarking and trend forecasting.
• Establish data-driven supplier evaluation system covering service quality, cost efficiency, and response speed.
• Collect and analyze evaluation results, refine penalties and performance models to drive cost reduction and service improvements.
• Foster cross‑functional collaboration and generate analytical reports and business recommendations.
