Job summary

NOVACES is seeking a SME Management Analyst / Supply Systems Specialist in Baltimore, MD, to provide logistics data expertise for Coast Guard operations. The role focuses on NESSS proficiency, inventory and supply system analysis, and sector allowance support.

The candidate will review codes, analyze data, and collaborate with SFLC and other Coast Guard stakeholders, with onsite/remote CONUS work options. A security clearance is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain, business administration or related field.
• 6+ years of experience in logistics management, supply systems, inventory management or related areas.

Responsibilities

• Review and interpret NESSS item management codes and data.
• Analyze configuration data and material usage.
• Support development and updates of Sector allowance levels.
• Identify terminal or obsolete material and validate demand.
• Collaborate with SFLC Asset Logistics Division and other stakeholders.
