Job summary

ES3 is seeking a Shipping and Receiving Specialist to oversee all incoming and outgoing shipments and to update records in the internal ERP system. The role requires accurate data entry, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or GED, U.S. citizenship, forklift certification, and strong organizational and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Excellent organizational skills.
• Forklift certified - training provided.

Responsibilities

• Receive goods and update ERP tracking system.
• Verify materials against receiving documents and report discrepancies or damages.
• Store, stack, or palletize materials per storage methods.
• Maintain inventory control of shipping products.
• Pack goods for outgoing shipments.
• Coordinate pickup and delivery of freight (FedEx, UPS, etc.).
• Unload trucks and deliveries.
• Track and update shipment statuses.
• Review open orders reports.
