Job summary

Amcor Flexibles, LLC in Evansville, IN is seeking a warehouse associate to keep warehouses clean, organized, and damage-free while supporting safe, efficient production workflows.

You will operate a forklift, load/unload materials, move corrugate, and transfer products between production and post-operation areas, all while following ISO/SQF guidelines and company policies; comprehensive benefits are provided. Paid time off and holidays vary by location.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Ability to operate forklift safely in high-traffic areas.
• Ability to climb on/off forklift safely at least 6 times per hour.
• Vision 20/40 or better with peripheral vision 70 degrees or greater.
• Hearing sufficient for warnings and alarms.
• Able to lift 35 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Keep warehouses clean, organized, and damage free.
• Report hazards to the Logistics AGL, Group Leader, or Logistics Supervisor.
• Communicate between shifts the status of production lines.
• Load/unload various styles of racking.
• Move product via forklift from production to warehouse.
• Move corrugate to machines and return unused corrugate to warehouse.
• Fill requisitions and move product from post-operations areas.
• Load/unload production, bailing, and supply trailers.
