Job summary

Creative Werks is seeking a Shipping & Receiving Clerk to operate in a warehouse environment handling the receipt and shipment of materials, supplies, and products. You will develop knowledge of warehouse organization and prepare accurate shipping documentation, verifying counts and quality conformance.

Responsibilities include using systems to ship/receive, communicating with internal departments, and ensuring proper paperwork and system transactions are completed.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Process shipping and receiving using warehouse systems.
• Verify quantities, labels, quality, and packaging integrity.
• Collaborate with Quality, Production, Client Services and Warehouse Management to resolve issues.
• Follow procedures for checking in/out carriers and document handling.
• Represent the company in interactions with client carrier partners.
• Prepare and finalize paperwork after compliance review.
• Record transactions in client partner systems and notify as required.
• Report damages or discrepancies for accounting and record-keeping.
• Maintain paperwork and reports for records and safety compliance.
