Job summary

White Cap Supply Holdings, LLC. is seeking a Warehouse Associate to manage shipping and receiving within the distribution center.

You will prepare all necessary paperwork, handle paperwork such as customs documents, and operate material handling equipment to fulfill orders. Responsibilities include locating products in the warehouse, loading/unloading pallets, preparing shipments, and processing orders in the shipping system.

Qualifications

HS Diploma or GED strongly preferred.
0-2 years of experience in shipping, receiving, warehouse, distribution, or logistics.
Experience in shipping, receiving, warehouse operations or related field.
Familiarity with computerized shipping, inventory, or warehouse management systems.
Ability to accurately prepare shipments, apply shipping labels, and complete shipping documentation.
Experience loading, unloading, palletizing, banding, and shrink-wrapping materials for shipment.
Ability to safely operate forklifts and other material handling equipment; certification preferred.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy when processing orders and inventory.
Ability to use required PPE and work safely in a warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

Review shipping orders, locate products in the warehouse, and prepare for shipment.
Load/unload material onto pallets, trays, racks, and shelves by hand.
Prepare inventory for shipment; band, shrink wrap pallets and attach labels.
Process shipping orders using the computerized shipping system.
Load and unload trucks and perform other duties as assigned.
