Job summary

medmix is seeking an Operations Administrator to provide high level administrative support to the Management team and other senior staff. You will answer inquiries, gather information for the public and customers, and coordinate multiple organizational functions and special projects.

In this role, you will manage shipments processes, liaise with freight forwarders and customs brokers, and ensure accurate documentation and timely deliveries while maintaining strong communication with internal

Qualifications

• Experience supporting management and coordinating multiple functions.
• Strong written communication and ability to follow procedures.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
