Responsibilities

• Check rate cons for third party loads and verify loads in Prophesy for the Fleet.
• Ensure loads communicated to third-party carriers and Fleet drivers are correct.
• Add Load numbers, third party carrier names, and fleet driver names to the JVC Freight Sheet.
• Communicate delays to customers/receivers immediately.
• Reschedule loads in transit due to events like breakdowns and weather delays.
• Address issues in transit or at delivery locations (seal issues, complaints, errors).
• Schedule all delivery appointments with customers.
