Job summary

SPX Technologies is seeking a detail-oriented Shipping/Logistics Coordinator to manage all outgoing shipments from our Tilton, NH facility. You will prepare documentation, coordinate with customer service, and ensure on-time delivery while maintaining accurate records.

Applicants should have at least two years in a warehouse setting, with experience in international shipping, Incoterms, SAP and MS Office, and a strong focus on safety and accuracy. A High School diploma is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years in a warehouse setting.
• Experience with international shipments and Incoterms.
• Customer service experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all outgoing shipments and prepare shipping documents.
• Obtain shipping quotes and coordinate international shipments.
• Invoice customers and maintain inventory of shipping materials.
• Maintain safe, clean work area and adhere to EHS policies.
