Job summary

Responsibilities

• Verify and keep records on incoming and outgoing shipments and prepare items for shipment.
• Operate forklift and/or hand trucks to move material to proper departments or areas.
• Prepare product for shipping.
• Unpack, examine and route incoming shipments, reject damaged items, report shortages and coordinate with shippers to rectify issues.
• Receive and process defective parts returned for replacement or credit.
• Maintain inventory of shipping materials and supplies and keep area organized.
