Job summary

PCI Pharma Services is seeking a Warehouse Coordinator (Shipping) for the Rockford site. The role focuses on coordinating inbound shipments, maintaining schedules, and liaising with departments to ensure timely production support.

The position involves waste management coordination, forklift maintenance scheduling, and tracking warehouse metrics, with potential overtime or weekend work. A high school diploma or GED is required, along with basic math and computer skills.

Qualifications

Basic mathematical skills required for daily logistics calculations.
Proficient in using common computer programs for reporting and scheduling.
Ability to participate effectively in conversations and read standard memos and notices.
Ability to apply common sense understanding to follow written or oral instructions.

Responsibilities

Coordinate scheduling of inbound shipments of components and raw materials.
Maintain daily schedule of inbound and outbound vehicles.
Serve as liaison between Warehouse and other departments on transportation and logistics.
Coordinate waste pickup and forklift maintenance with vendors and haulers.
Gather and track warehouse metrics and ensure proper recyclables segregation.
Assist in Training and updating warehouse SOPs as needed.
Overtime and weekend work may be required.
