POOLCORP, Rockford, IL, is hiring a Warehouse Associate to accurately receive/pull orders in a fast-paced environment and support delivery/pickup. You will handle shipments, inventory logs, and safe forklift operations while keeping the facility organized and compliant.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED and forklift experience, with opportunities for career growth and robust benefits. The work schedule is Monday–Friday, with competitive pay and performance bonuses eligible.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior forklift experience preferred.
• Follow and carry out instructions with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pulls, fills, packs and sets up orders for delivery or pickup.
• Assists in loading the delivery truck.
• Receives shipments, logs into inventory, maintains inventory through audits.
• Communicates positively with supervisors, sales staff, fellow workers and customers to coordinate deliveries/pick-up.
• Operates a forklift safely and efficiently, maintains required certification, performs vehicle safety checks.
• Assists in keeping facility clean, neat, safe and operating efficiently.
