Qualifications
- Experience in logistics, shipping, or transportation preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills required.
- Accurate data entry and computer skills needed.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Prepare shipping documents (bills of lading, packing lists, instructions).
- Process domestic and international shipments via DHL, FedEx, UPS.
- Maintain shipping, invoice, quote, and logistics records.
- Coordinate intercompany transfer documentation.
- Communicate shipment status with internal departments and customers.
- Assist with dock scheduling and daily shipping activity.
- Answer phones and provide general office support.
- Support Traffic Coordinator and management with projects.
