Job summary

Express Employment Professionals of Joplin is seeking a reliable Shipping Coordinator Shift Lead to supervise first-shift shipping operations and support warehouse team members. You will coordinate daily shipments, ensure accuracy, and maintain a safe, organized work environment.

Responsibilities include leading the shipping team, verifying outgoing shipments, assisting with loading/unloading, operating forklifts, and maintaining inventory accuracy while meeting deadlines.

Qualifications

• Previous shipping, warehouse, or logistics experience preferred.
• Prior leadership or supervisory experience is a plus.
• Ability to lift materials as needed.
