Express Employment Professionals of Columbia is seeking a reliable Shipping Coordinator Shift Lead to oversee first-shift shipping operations and support the warehouse team. You will coordinate daily shipments, verify accuracy, and help maintain a safe, organized work environment.

The ideal candidate has shipping or logistics experience, plus leadership or supervision skills. Forklift experience is preferred, and you will promote teamwork and timely delivery of orders.

Qualifications

• Prior shipping, warehouse, or logistics experience preferred.
• Leadership or supervisory experience is a plus.
• Forklift experience preferred.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lift materials as needed.
