You will work closely with production and sales to coordinate outbound shipments and ensure on-time deliveries to customers.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 1+ years in an administrative support role in a professional setting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to communicate effectively across teams.

Responsibilities

• Process shipping documents (bills of lading, freight bills) to ensure accuracy.
• Maintain and stock the shipping office and supplies for daily operations.
• Develop and organize shipping routes to optimize delivery times and costs.
• Coordinate outbound shipments with Sales and Production to ensure timely, cost-efficient deliveries.
• Liaise with shippers, carriers, and customers to expedite deliveries and resolve issues.
• Communicate with production and sales to align on delivery schedules and inventory requirements.
• Monitor shipping department productivity and ensure adherence to company standards.
• Provide leadership as needed in Traffic Manager or Shipping Supervisor roles.
• Perform other duties to support shipping and transportation functions.
