Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and manage incoming calls.
• Verify shipments by comparing info against bills of lading, invoices, and orders.
• Schedule and review daily delivery and carrier appointments.
• Process incoming deliveries and check in/out tractors and trailers.
• Complete outbound loads and resolve shipping/receiving issues with internal staff.
• Maintain records, audits, and reports (e.g., yard audits, inventory tracking).
• Ensure GMP compliance and report noncompliance.
• Follow safety rules and perform other duties as assigned.
