Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 3 months verifiable customer service experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Outstanding computer and data entry skills.
• Ability to effectively multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and manage incoming calls.
• Verify shipments by comparing information with bills of lading, invoices, and orders.
• Schedule and review daily delivery and carrier appointments.
• Process deliveries and check in/out tractors and trailers promptly.
• Complete outbound loads accurately and resolve shipping issues with internal staff.
• Maintain daily audits/reports and paperwork including yard audits and inventory tracking.
• Ensure GMP compliance and report any noncompliance.
• Investigate and reconcile shipping discrepancies.
• Follow safety rules and assist in enforcement.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
