Job summary

ProTrans is seeking a Dock Coordinator to manage movement of customer materials from suppliers through our Service Center Network. You will coordinate dispatches, track data, and provide accurate reports to customers and internal teams.

The role requires strong communication skills, proficiency with common office software, and the ability to work with multiple centers. English is required; bilingualism is a plus.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of database software, internet software, inventory software, order processing systems, spreadsheet software and word processing software.
• Ability to write reports, business correspondence and procedure manuals is described in the responsibilities.
• Basic literacy in English; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus in some centers.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates, schedules, and dispatches of all service requirements from local pickups through deliveries.
• Acts as liaison between dock operations and internal/external customers.
• Tracks, inputs, and reports information to customers and internal teams.
• Communicates across inter-company and intra-company channels.
• Assists planning group in coordinating outbound volume for the facility.
