Job summary

AtWork Group in California is hiring an experienced Shipping & Receiving Coordinator for a busy manufacturing facility in Chino. You will manage incoming and outgoing shipments, coordinate carriers, and ensure accurate shipping documents.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of shipping/logistics experience, proficiency with ERP systems, and strong inventory control. This on-site role offers growth, a collaborative environment, and the chance to improve daily warehouse operations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of shipping, receiving, logistics, or warehouse experience.
• Experience with freight carriers and shipping documentation.
• Knowledge of BOLs, LTL and FTL shipments.
• Strong inventory and order-tracking skills.
• ERP system experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments
• Schedule LTL, FTL, parcel, and other freight carriers
• Prepare and review BOLs, packing slips, shipping labels, and freight paperwork
• Track shipments and follow up on delivery status
• Maintain accurate inventory and shipping/receiving records
• Research shortages, overages, damages, and inventory discrepancies
• Obtain freight quotes and coordinate transportation
• Communicate with carriers, customers, vendors, and internal departments
• Assist with freight claims and delivery issues
• Help coordinate daily shipping and receiving workload
• Support warehouse safety and organization
