Job summary

Ryder Supply Chain Solutions in Euclid, Ohio is seeking a Permanent Full Time Warehouse Team Leader to supervise daily warehouse operations and lead a safety‑minded team. The role carries a Wednesday–Saturday night schedule with weekly pay and comprehensive benefits.

The candidate will coordinate receiving, picking, packing, shipping, forklift activity, and cycle counting, while driving continuous improvement and meeting KPI targets. Experience with RF scanners and Microsoft Office is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1+ year powered industrial truck experience preferred.
• 1+ year team lead experience preferred.
• 1+ year Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word) preferred.
• 1+ year warehouse experience preferred.
• RF scanner experience required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and ensure continuous improvement efforts for optimal efficiency of the operations.
• Perform warehouse function, including loading, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, and forklift operation.
• Allocate resources and organize daily work duties to ensure smooth shift operations.
• Inspire team members to improve KPI performance using leadership methods.
• Provide orientation and equip staff with information, tools, and technology to perform their jobs.
• Promote health and safety practices within the warehouse.
• Handle day-to-day paperwork (picking sheets, returns, bills of lading).
• Submit daily reports and propose actions to enhance service levels.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
