Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma/GED; Required
• 0 to 1 year direct supervisory/leadership experience, Required
• 1 year or more in transportation, warehouse or distribution environment, Required

Responsibilities

• Supervise, coordinate and oversee day-to-day logistics operations;
• Plan and review, with the Logistics Manager, all logistics processes to meet standards;
• Establish work schedules and procedures for optimal shift logistics;
• Accountable for site KPI;
• Collaborate with customer in all operations aspects;
• Meet with team members to monitor progress, coach and recognize successes;
• Promote diversity and inclusion and improve internal processes;
• Perform performance evaluations and recommend merit increases;
• Address performance problems through corrective action;
• Implement health & safety initiatives and company policies;
• Orientate new staff and provide necessary tools to perform their jobs;
• Perform other duties as assigned.
