Circle Logistics, Inc is seeking a results-driven professional to drive carrier development, manage key accounts, and optimize pricing across lanes. You will expand networks, negotiate rates, and ensure on-time pickups and deliveries while collaborating with internal teams to exceed KPIs.

The role offers on-site training, holiday and PTO benefits, and opportunities for advancement within a fast-growing Circle Logistics environment.

Qualificações

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Proficient in Google Drive and Excel (vlookup, pivot tables, reports).

Responsabilidades

• Build an exciting business strategy and grow your book of business with carriers you'll develop strong relationships with.
• Expand your carrier network while maintaining strong, mutually beneficial relationships.
• Negotiate freight rates that work for all parties and keep deals flowing.
• Own daily shipments—ensure pickups and deliveries happen on schedule.
• Collaborate on pricing strategy and account implementation plans.
• Communicate clearly with internal teams and external partners.
• Proactively address transportation issues with urgency and professionalism.
• Identify new carriers based on volume and lane density to refresh the network.
• Maintain knowledge of shipping lanes, geography, and seasonality.
