Job summary

DHL Express is hiring a Service Agent in Denver to support customer service, sales and operations at the Service Center. You will handle phone inquiries, assist with shipments, and ensure accurate processing and documentation.

The role requires a high school diploma, strong communication skills and proficiency with MS Office, with background checks for a SIDA badge to operate in certain markets.

Qualifications

• High School Degree or Equivalent is required.
• Previous experience in customer service or support is preferred.
• Strong oral and written communication skills are essential.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) is required.
• Must pass FAA, TSA, and CBP background checks to obtain a SIDA badge.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service, sales and operational support for the Service Center.
• Answer phone and greet visitors.
• Resolve billing problems related to the Service Center.
• Research shipment tracking requests and provide feedback; attempt to resolve misplaced shipments.
• Communicate with Sales/Service to resolve customer problems.
• Assist with operational procedures including sorting, loading/unloading, documentation and payments.
