Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. in Northlake, TX is seeking a Scheduler to manage delivery schedules and resolve inventory/service issues for multiple clients. You will act as a liaison to ensure timely resolution and accurate record-keeping with a focus on customer satisfaction.

The role requires 1+ year in related work, HS diploma, and proficiency with MS Office, MS Project, Visio, and Access. The shift is Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., with hourly pay and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma/GED, required.
• 1 year or more in related experience, required.
• Proficient in using MS Office applications, Internet Explorer, Microsoft Project, Visio, and Access Intermediate, required.

Responsibilities

• Provide delivery scheduled dates to end customers and resolve inventory and service problems; act as liaison for customer service issue resolution.
• Record and maintain scheduling information and update end customer records.
• Maximize routing capacity and report scheduling issues; follow SOPs; perform other duties as assigned by management.
