Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. is hiring a Scheduler in Northlake, TX to manage delivery schedules and resolve inventory/service issues for MXD Group clients. The role requires attention to detail and effective communication to ensure accurate customer records and timely problem resolution.

Salary is hourly with a 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. schedule, plus comprehensive benefits and opportunities for advancement in a Fortune 500 environment.

Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year or more in related experience required.
• Proficient in using MS Office applications, Internet Explorer, MS Project, Visio, and Access.

Responsibilities

• Record and maintain scheduling information; update end customer records.
• Clarify customer complaints, determine causes, and apply solutions; follow up to resolve.
• Maximize routing capacity and report scheduling issues timely.
• Follow SOPs and perform additional duties as assigned.

We are immediately hiring a Scheduler in Northlake, TX for our Supply Chain Solutions division.

• Pay Type: Hourly
• Hourly Pay Rate: $21.50 per hour based on experience
• Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

Summary

Responsible for providing delivery scheduled dates to end customer as well as resolving inventory and service problems. Act as liaison to facilitate customer service issue resolution Provide Customer Service for multiple MXD Group clients

Essential Functions

• Record and maintain scheduling information Maintain end customer records by updating account information
• Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint, determine the cause of the problem, select and explain the best solution to solve the problems, expedite correction or adjustment, follow up to ensure resolution Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as measured by established site metrics
• Maximize routing capacity on a consistent basis Report scheduling issues timely
• Follow proper scheduling Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's) Perform additional duties as assigned by management

Compensation Information

The compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate's relevant experience; education, including relevant degrees or certifications; work location; market data/ranges; internal equity; internal salary ranges; etc. The position may also be eligible to receive an annual bonus, commission, and/or long-term incentive plan based on the level and/or type.
