Qualifications

• High School Diploma.
• 2–3 years of experience in transportation or logistics.
• Strong knowledge of DOT regulations.
• Proven organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong systems aptitude and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Understanding of Transportation Operations and Supply Chain Management.

Responsibilities

• Stand in for team members in appointment scheduling or late-coding.
• Support the Transportation Logistics Supervisor in scheduling efficiencies.
• Help reduce appointment misses and issues.
• Assist the appointment team with scheduling, late coding, and customer service.
• Schedule appointments in various capacities as directed by management.
• Manage appointment issues and identify trends and opportunities.
• Produce late-code-related reports as needed.
• Support the customer service team as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
