Job summary

Express Logistics is seeking motivated sales professionals to learn, grow, and build a successful career in transportation and logistics. You’ll spend 90 days in ELI University with hands-on training on the floor, then make outbound calls, build relationships, coordinate freight shipments, and negotiate rates.

• Spend first 90 days in ELI University with classroom and on-floor training.
• Make outbound cold calls to identify and develop new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships that grow over time.
• Coordinate freight shipments and provide transportation solutions for customers.
• Identify, qualify, and generate new business opportunities to achieve sales goals.
• Negotiate rates and develop customized freight solutions for customers.
• Manage leads, follow up, and expand your book of business.
• Analyze customer transportation needs, pricing, and logistics requirements.
• Work with carriers, shippers, and receivers to ensure successful freight movements.

• Make outbound cold calls to identify and develop new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships that grow over time.
• Learn how to coordinate freight shipments and provide transportation solutions for customers.
• Identify, qualify, and generate new business opportunities to achieve individual and team sales goals.
• Negotiate rates and develop customized freight solutions for customers.
• Manage leads, follow up consistently, and expand your book of business.
• Analyze customer transportation needs, pricing, and logistics requirements.
• Work closely with carriers, shippers, and receivers to ensure successful freight movements.
• Participate in ongoing training focused on sales techniques, industry knowledge, and company systems.
• The above responsibilities and additional duties may vary as assigned.
