Our client, a 3PL focused on truck and air freight, is looking for a Sales Manager to join their team. This person would be responsible for managing a book of business and growing accounts. This is a direct hire role and based out of Jacksonville, FL.

Our Perfect Candidate

We’re seeking an exceptional logistics sales expert who brings:

• Experience: 3-5 years in logistics sales, managing a full desk with expertise in FTL (70%) and LTL (30%).

• Proven Book of Business: Annual Gross Profit between $150K and $500K, with 80% of your clients following you.

• Specialization: Focus on domestic and international air freight (no ocean freight).

Responsibilities

• New Business Development: Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow revenue.

• Account Management: Maintain and nurture relationships with existing accounts to ensure consistent service and satisfaction.

• Strategic Planning: Develop tailored logistics solutions to meet client needs and optimize performance.

• Market Analysis: Stay ahead of industry trends to identify emerging opportunities and challenges.
