Job summary

Beemac Logistics is seeking a natural Sales Leader to grow a book of business in the transportation industry. The role coaches and develops a sales team, drives revenue, and ensures strong performance across metrics.

You will influence and mentor others daily while handling customer quotes and day-to-day operations. The CSL will coach and motivate team members, manage CRM, train staff, and maintain high ethical standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Full-time role, Monday–Friday operations not specified but implied.
• College degree preferred; experience in transportation logistics with sales leadership.
• Proven ability to energetically lead a sales team to surpass targets and goals.
• Experience working with CRM platforms and specialized software.

Responsibilities

• Lead and train new sales employees.
• Conduct weekly and monthly sales meetings and performance reviews.
• Set sales targets and track progress by day, week, and month.
• Manage CRM data, generate reports, and monitor key metrics.
• Drive customer quotes and coordinate day-to-day operations including load building, booking, and dispatching.
• Assist with the hiring process and supervise remote team members.
• Foster a positive, energetic, and ethical team environment.
