Dolphin International Transportation Inc. is seeking a motivated Sales Representative to join our team in person. You will enjoy building relationships, identifying opportunities, and driving sales outcomes in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include developing new business, researching markets, maintaining client dialogue, understanding customer needs, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure satisfaction and successful close of transactions.

Qualifications

• Experience is not required; preferred 3–5 years
• Strong customer service skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team
• Work authorization required
• Bilingual abilities are a plus (e.g., Mandarin, Korean, Spanish)

Responsibilities

• Develop new business in the market and strengthen existing customer relationships and have ability to successfully close business transactions and achieve sales goals
• Conduct market research to identify potential customers and generate leads
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through regular communication
• Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues
• Meet or exceed sales targets on a regular basis
• Continuously update knowledge of industry trends, products, and competitors
