Total Quality Logistics in Tampa is seeking entry level sales professionals to build a career with an industry leader. You will undergo a paid, hands-on training program in sales and logistics, learn to negotiate freight deals, and manage shipments from pickup to delivery.

There is no experience required and the role offers a minimum compensation of $40,000–$50,000 in your first year, with uncapped commission and six-figure potential after a few years.

Qualifications

• No experience required; paid, hands-on training in sales and logistics.
• 6 months of direct training from experienced Logistics Account Executives.
• Help account executive solve customer needs, find carriers, and manage daily operations.
• Hands-on and virtual training sessions to develop negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Receive 6 months of direct training from experienced Logistics Account Executives.
• Help your account executive solve customer needs, find carriers for time-sensitive freight and manage daily operations.
• Participate in hands-on and virtual training sessions.
• Develop negotiation skills through prospecting and cold calling.
• Build your book and meet sales metrics for commission eligibility.
• Establish relationships to close new customers.
• Negotiate prices with customers and carriers.
• Resolve freight issues to ensure timely pickup and delivery.
