You’ll work on real-world opportunities, develop a pipeline through outbound calls, and learn from seasoned professionals while contributing to client and carrier solutions. During the program you’ll be paired with a Sales mentor, gain hands-on experience, and explore potential full-time opportunities in a collaborative, proactive team that embraces innovation

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled at a university as a rising senior.
• No GPA requirements.
• Willing to work in Nashville office 4 days and hybrid 1 day a week.
• Interest in logistics and a can-do attitude.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and build a pipeline of new business opportunities through outbound calls.
• Lead discovery conversations to understand customer needs and Echo's logistics solutions.
• Deliver demos, navigate objections, negotiate pricing, and close new business.
• Maintain a strong sales funnel and provide a smooth handoff after close.
• Collaborate with teams and use Echo's sales tools to drive efficiency.
