Job summary

Integrity Express Logistics (IEL) is seeking a Logistics Account Executive, Trainee to complete IEL’s training and then build and manage a personal book of business selling logistics services.

You will learn foundational sales, operations, and customer service skills through hands-on tasks, shadowing, and guidance from managers, with a path to advancement to Logistics Account Executive II (Tier 2).

Qualifications

• Highschool graduate or equivalent; post-secondary education in business, sales or logistics preferred.
• Strong work ethic with the ability to stay focused and productive in a goal driven environment.
• Effective problem-solving skills and high level of attention to detail.
• Ability to thrive in a fast pace, constantly evolving setting.
• Willingness to complete and successfully pass IEL’s New Hire Training Program.

Responsibilities

• Participate in IEL’s new hire training program focusing on foundational sales, operations, and customer service skills.
• Apply feedback from Sales Management and peers to continuously improve performance.
• Build a personal book of business by securing new accounts and initiating long-term customer relationships.
• Negotiate rates and bid on future business with guidance from managers and mentors.
• Adhere to IEL’s operational standards and compliance protocols and perform essential operational tasks (loads, carrier sales, dispatch, AR follow-up).
