Qualifications

• Highschool graduate or equivalent; post-secondary education in business, sales or logistics preferred.
• Proficiency in keyboarding and comfortable with technology, including Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Participate in IEL’s new hire training program to build foundational sales, operations, and customer service skills.
• Meet outbound calls and talk time daily metrics; prospect and secure new accounts.
• Build a personal book of business and manage relationships; negotiate rates with guidance.
• Assist with building loads, carrier setup, dispatch, and invoice review; ensure accuracy.
