Job summary

Arrive Logistics is seeking a proactive Risk Manager to protect operations against carrier fraud, theft, and operational risk in Chicago. You will bridge the Risk and Carrier Sales teams, evangelize best practices, and educate internal stakeholders on why risk protocols matter and how they protect velocity.

The ideal candidate will have strong theft prevention focus, KPI management, and outstanding communication to guide cross-functional teams in a fast-paced logistics environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field required.
• Minimum 6 years of supply chain risk management experience, including fraud prevention.
• Experience with law enforcement relationships is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the operational risk team to meet performance goals.
• Design and refine risk mitigation processes; audit workflows for security gaps.
• Educate Sales on risk protocols and build trusted internal partnerships.
• Own KPI management for risk tickets and response times.
• Oversee theft and fraud prevention initiatives and HVHR programs.
• Coordinate rapid recovery efforts with law enforcement during incidents.
• Collaborate with Operations, Compliance, Legal, and Finance to integrate risk practices.
