Job summary

The Pasha Group is seeking a Registration Coordinator in Reno, NV to receive and register orders and initiate transportation and logistics processes for household goods relocation services.

You will perform routine data entry, respond to customer inquiries, and maintain accurate records while collaborating with internal and external customers. Strong attention to detail and excellent communication are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate degree preferred.
• 2+ years of related experience in import/export or logistics.
• Domestic and/or international transportation and logistics experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Data entry: enter orders and shipment details into tracking systems and update records.
• Answer incoming customer calls and take appropriate actions.
• Monitor and respond to customer communications; escalate for expedited resolution.
• Maintain accurate records in the proprietary database.
• Review data for errors and resolve exceptions.
• Maintain department KPIs and customer satisfaction scores.
• Perform general office duties as required.
• Scan and organize documents in the Document Management System.
• Provide input on process improvements.
