Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, scientific, technical, education or related field and 6–10 years of job-related experience.
• Knowledge of accounting, property, fleet, and records principles and regulations.
• Project management skills to lead projects from inception to implementation.
• Experience with DOE directives, FAR/DOE requirements, and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee records, property, fleet, relocation service operations including budgeting, risk management, and planning.
• Direct and manage the EEOICPA project, including FOIA management.
• Lead departmental training and development; manage staff performance and safety.
• Ensure ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certifications are maintained; enforce safety and regulatory compliance.
